Intersections Strategies, LLC was founded by James Hallinan shortly after his successful 2018 election cycle in which he served as the campaign communications director for Governor Lujan Grisham and Lt. Governor Howie Morales, campaign general consultant for Attorney General Hector Balderas, and campaign general consultant for State Auditor Brian Colón. Hallinan previously served as communications director to New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas, Connecticut Governor Dan Malloy and Connecticut Lt. Governor Nancy Wyman. James has also worked for and closely with countless elected officials around the country including Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards, Pennsylvania Auditor General Eugene DePasquale, New Mexico Speaker of the House Brian Egolf, former New Mexico Lt. Governor Diane Denish, former Albuquerque Mayor Martin Chavez, and many members of Congress, attorneys general, statewide elected officials, state legislators, and local elected officials.
James Hallinan has over a decade of experience working with national and international media. He also has extensive experience working in the United States’ largest media markets such as Los Angeles, New York City, and Philadelphia, medium-sized markets like Albuquerque, Las Vegas and New Orleans, and smaller TV markets such as Amarillo, El Paso and Reno. Hallinan also has the extremely rare accomplishment of having succeeded in the removal of four different false political TV ads from the air in three different TV markets- one in Albuquerque, two in Philadelphia, and one in Reno.
